This flat surface Stake Base Display is an optional item that can be used with either of the Wind-Powered LED light Wind Spinners or the Multi-color Double Spinner Stake when desired to be used on a flat surface instead of being staked into the ground.

There is an 11" vertical tube that holds the main garden stake and an additional offshoot loops that stabilizes the H-Stake prong when available.(Inside diameter of the tube is 7/8")

Added tabs also allow you to screw this base directly into a wooden deck or surface for a more sturdy and permanent mounting solution.
